Scorpions set for fields of home

THIS Saturday will see the opening of Casey Fields to senior football when Casey Scorpions play their first home game against Box Hill Hawks and Premier Steve Bracks officially opens the facility.
Both reserves and seniors will be playing and at halftime the club will host its first AusKick game.
Bookings are now being taken for the special marquee pregame luncheon at Casey Fields. A gourmet barbecue and drinks will be provided.
The luncheon will be between 11.30am and 1pm, the price is $25 for nonmembers and $15 for members. Charter members attend free.
The cost includes lunch and drinks until 1pm, with drinks at bar prices afterwards.
In an exciting match on Saturday the Scorpions reserves won their second match for the season and were a more competitive team than has been seen for a couple of seasons. The new younger players fitted in well with the experienced Saints players on Saturday and were looking forward to christening Casey Fields against Box Hill Hawks at 10am.
