Casey to host sister city mayor

CASEY Council will host a civic visit from the Berwick upon Tweed mayor and others.
Berwick upon Tweed, in England, is one of Casey’s sister cities.
Araluen Ward councillor Rob Wilson said news of the visit was very exciting.
He said Berwick upon Tweed people were always extremely hospitable to Casey people when they visited.
Casey mayor Neil Lucas said he was extremely pleased about the invitation.
“I think a good time for them to visit would be during the Commonwealth Games in March next year,” he said.
