Fernlea appoints nurse manager

PREPARATIONS for the opening of Emerald’s Fernlea House have stepped up with the recent appointment of nurse manager Helen Pike.
Fernlea is the only hospice in the Hills area, and officials said Ms Pike would bring great depth of experience, compassion and energy to the role.
She is interviewing for an administration worker and a cook/ housekeeper.
