Hip hop into the groove

BABY Bling was formed in early 2006 from an elite group of students at First Step Academy of Dance in Hallam.
All aged seven to 13, they are already one of Melbourne’s top underage hiphop crews.
In 2006 they finished second at Groove Melbourne (heat one) and snared the ‘most popular’ award. They followed this up with third place in the Groove Final, receiving the ‘most inspiring’ and the promoter’s choice awards.
In October, they qualified for the prestigious Shakedown final at Vodafone Arena, being the youngest crew to reach the final. They have also appeared as halftime entertainment for the Melbourne Tigers in the National Basketball League.
Baby Bling will be wowing audiences at the Berwick Show with two of their most amazing dance sets, a battle between the boys, an extraordinary vocal appearance by JaymeLee and guest stars from hip hop crew NVUS.
