St Patrick’s Parish

LAST Friday evening, Most Reverend Jeremiah Coffey, Bishop of the Sale Diocese, Ordained Jeffrey Kleynjans a Deacon. Mass was celebrated by Bishop Coffey, and concelebrated by Priests of the Sale Diocese.
Jeff’s parents’ family and friends were present for the Ordination. Many Religious Orders of priests, brothers, and nuns, together with parishioners of St Patrick’s filled the church for the very happy occasion.
Following the Ordination and Mass, St. Patrick’s ladies served supper, to the very large crowd in attendance. A thank you is extended to all that helped in any way, to make Jeff’s Ordination such a wonderful and happy occasion.
Bishop Coffey administered the Sacrament of Confirmation at weekend Masses to 40 candidates. Congratulations are extended to the candidates and their families, together with a thank you to all who helped the candidates in their preparation for Confirmation.
