Taste of the bush

PEPPERMINT Ridge Farm at Tynong North is holding an open day and sustainability fair this Sunday from 10.30am-3pm.
A feature of the open day will be the launch of a cookbook by Julie Weatherhead who has extensive experience in the cultivation and use of bushfoods to create unique flavours.
The day will feature tastings, platters of local foods, bread from the wood-fired oven, local wines, bushfood garden and farm tours, live music and stalls all in an attractive bush setting. Phone 5942 8580.
