Wheels are slashed for the day

ONE wheel or two, it doesn’t really matter on Ride to Work day — as long as it’s not four wheels.
Pakenham residents today (Wednesday) are using pedal power to get around.
Residents were encouraged to swap cars for pushbikes to get to work with riders enjoying a community breakfast at the Pakenham Plaza this morning.
Mayor Bill Ronald rode a pennyfarthing while his son Sheldon and Cardinia Shire officer David Esmore opted for unicycles.
The healthy theme continues with Walk to Work day on Friday.
