A marathon effort

RED Cross Pakenham members have been busy recently selling tickets for the Murray Marathon car raffle.
They also served refreshments at the Blood Bank last week where 395 people gave blood over the three days.
The Australian Red Cross is most grateful to all those donors.The Blood Bank will return to Pakenham in February.Planning is in hand for next year’s Red Cross Calling. Residents are reminded that due to the Commonwealth Games the collection will be from 13 February-13 March.
