FOUR new councillors were elected to what will be an all-male council in Baw Baw Shire.
Only one sitting councillor – Longwarry ward candidate Robert Brown – lost his seat with three newcomers filling vacancies created by retirements.
The new council, to be sworn in tonight (Wednesday), includes Ivan Saxton, Dick Van Leeuwen, Peter Kostos, Adam Tyson, David Balfour and Ian Clark.
Sitting councillors Bill Harrington, Gary Blackwood and John Daniels were all returned unopposed.
Preferences played a part the result but the poll did not produce any major shake-ups.
