THREEyearold Gippsland pacer Ronerail stretched his winning sequence to three with a victory at Cranbourne last Saturday night.
The Longwarry trotter was again taking on the older horses and, despite beginning badly from the standing start, Ronerail went on to win by four metres.
Trained by Michael Hughes for ownerbreeder Garry Rogers, Ronerail also won races at Shepparton and Maryborough last week.
Overall his record stands at four wins and three placings from nine starts.
Ronerail is no doubt heading for the rich Victorian Trotters Derby series, scheduled for next month.
Harness racing returns to Cranbourne this Sunday night, before another meeting at Warragul on Friday week, 16 June.
