Truck driver killed

A PAKENHAM man died when his truck crashed on the Monaro Highway on Friday morning.
Police said the 36yearold was killed about 10am near Fiddlers Green Track out of Chandlers Creek.
It is believed that the man was driving a BDouble truck that ran off the road and hit an embankment. The cabin of the truck was crushed and the driver died at the scene.
Local police are investigating the collision and will prepare a report for the coroner.
