Always a very popular figure in community events, The Gazette’s Wally Wombat will be taking part in the Yakkerboo parade and handing out lots of goodies and Gazettes. Wally really loves a party and a highlight for Wally this year will be helping his friend, Mr Yakkerboo celebrate his 30th birthday and joining him to cut the special birthday cake in Bourke Park at 3pm in the afternoon. Wally and Mr Yakkerboo’s helpers will then be giving out some yummy cake, icypoles and cordial to all the children who have helped celebrate this special party.
