Accountant joins review

Mr Tyler said Ms Cooke was an independent community representative.

Ms Cooke is a certified practising accountant (CPA) and also has broad experience in auditing and risk management controls.
The audit and ethics committee monitors, reviews and advises the council on the standard of its financial control and risk management.
