BARRY Cutchie preached a challenging message for Vision Sunday. He included examples from his own life where people, especially his own parents, had influenced him with their commitment to each other and to God.
A Day of Prayer and Fasting takes place this Wednesday, 8 February from 6am to 8pm in the prayer room.
Forty Days of Community is to be introduced with a DVD on Sunday, 12 February. Week 1 begins on 26 February with the theme ‘Why we need each other’. Sunday, 19 February is to be a family service.
United Life @ 6pm on Sundays is now to be preceded at 5pm with basketball and other activities for young people. After the service there will be a place for them to eat and get together.
Sojourn in High Street, Berwick, is the venue for a leadership breakfast on Saturday, 18 February from 7.30 to 9am. Cost is $25 per double, $15 for a single and $10 concession.
United Youth on Friday 10 February features Dark Zone. Cost is $20.
Boys Brigade is held on Monday nights and caters for three age groups.
