A MOTORIST attempting to avoid police rammed a police car in Edan Court, Pakenham, last Thursday.
The car was part of a routine intercept by police in Thwaites Road, but the driver took off when approached by police.
The motorist was cornered at the top of Edan Court, but sideswiped the police car and escaped arrest.
Police described the car as a White VN model V8 Commodore with mag wheels and a red instripe on the side of the vehicle.
