IN A great round of bowling five of the seven Berwick RVBA Pennant teams scored wins. Two Berwick sides, (1) and (4), continued to dominate and remained in top position on their ladders.
The Berwick (6) side was in second position after a great 44shot win and continued to perform well. The fifth side has a close loss.
The best winning RVBA side was Berwick (6) with 44 shots up.
Rink of the day was the Berwick (1) side, K. Greaber (s) K. Archer, Mark Grouois, O. Lambert.

Berwick (2) plus 18 defeated Hampton (K. Clydesdale plus 14, K. Fox plus 18, T. Trait plus one, M.Walker minus five).
Berwick (3) plus 12 defeated Cranbourne RSL (K. Dorning plus 10, J. Sinclair plus 17, D. Woodfall plus six, F. Pitcher minus 21).
Berwick (4) plus 26 defeated Dandenong RSL Rec (P. Steere plus 18, J. Barrie minus one, R. McGrath plus two, J. Smyth plus seven).
Berwick (5) minus six lost to Cranbourne (R. Bowman draw, T. Livingston plus two, J. Clarke minus 15, B. Gates plus seven).
Berwick (6) plus 44 defeated Carrum (T. McDonald plus six, R. Forbes plus 16, M. Goldup plus five, T. Murphy plus 17).
Berwick (7) minus 16 lost to Glen Waverley (C. Christoferson minus two, J. Steere minus 17, H. Heathcote plus 11, R. Affleck minus eight).

The sixth round of Pennant matches was played last Thursday due to the Cup Day holiday.
The two teams playing at home had games abandoned as a heavy shower passed through Berwick.
Berwick (1) in A1 Section 7, playing away, were successful against Moorabbin (1) with 36 shots up. The final score was 10165.
Berwick (2) in A1 Section 8 had no result due to inclement weather in the match against Mentone (1).
Berwick (3) in A2 Section 8 had a close away match against Dandenong Club (2) with one shot up. The final score was 108109.
Berwick (4) in B1 Section 8 had no result due to inclement weather in their match against Cranbourne RSL (1).
Teams scheduled to play the abandoned matches receive one point each.
