WESTERN Port Catchment Landcare Network is holding its Community Planting Day on Sunday 11 September at 60 Gardiners Road, Yannathan.
The day starts at 9am and finishes at 1pm with a delicious lunch.
It is hoped to plant 3000 indigenous plants to create four windbreaks across a windswept dairy farm.
Organisers say they need 100 people to turn up to get the job done.
Participants should look out for Landcare signs to direct them to the property.
