BERWICK Senior Citizens held a very successful meeting on Friday, 9 December, when they welcomed back Charles and Betty Richards, Don Trigg and Ann Burrows.
Verna Thewlis, Betty Wright, Sheila Carter and Jack Burr were Tattslotto winners.
Last of the year bingo winners were June Murphy, Glad Ohern, Alice Hayni, Bev Coffey, Shirley Coombes, Karl Boening, Val Brown, Elsie Draude, Monica Miller, Betty Pugh, and the door prize went to Frank Cranston.
Friday’s meeting will be the last of the year, with a Christmas celebration and entertainment by Peter Fernandey and son.
The first meeting of 2006 will be held on 27 January.
