VOTERS in Cardinia Shire should receive their election ballot papers this week.
The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) is mailing ballot packs containing voting material to more than 39,000 enrolled voters for the council elections from yesterday (Tuesday).
The VEC reminded voters their ballot paper must reach the office no later than 6pm on Friday, 25 November for their vote to count.
