THE first lots have been sold in the new South East Business Park.
Up to seven allotments at the business park, on the outskirts of Pakenham on PakenhamKooweerup Road, have been snapped up by buyers.
Mayor Bill Ronald told a Cardinia business breakfast last week there had been plenty of interest in the park which will become a centre for industrial, warehouse and bulky goods operations.
