Stockdale and Leggo held its annual awards recently at the Exhibition Buildings in Melbourne.

The 100 offices of Victoria’s largest real estate group were represented by more than 750 staff and some of Victoria’s largest real estate finance and advertising groups also attended the awards.
For the third year in a row Stockdale and Leggo Pakenham was prominent, again taking out the prestigious award for the numberone office in Victoria.
The Pakenham office’s sales manager Michael Asche said when considering the strong competition from the other 99 offices, to win this award for the second year in a row was a true testament to the team working in the office.
“This is from our receptionist, who creates the first impression, the sales administration staff, who create all our marketing and sales documentation, our highly skilled property management department and our sales team who were also well recognised on the night,” he said.
Among the other awards that the Pakenham office took out were bronze sales awards to both Mark Woods and Michelle Shell, silver sales awards to Darryl Gauld and Denis Gibson, gold sales award to Claus Zelno and a platinum sales award to Michael Asche.
The Pakenham office of Stockdale and Leggo prides itself on the high level of service it provides to all of their clients and attributes its success to the strong bond that exists among all the employees which in turn provides excellence in teamwork.
Stockdale and Leggo, Pakenham, is open seven days a week and can be contacted by phone on 5940 2255 or call into the office at Shop 5/89 Main Street, Pakenham.
