No mucking up student school

THE last day of school was enjoyed by year 12 students last week.
After the spectre of Muckup Day prompting statewide warnings from police and teachers that trouble would not be tolerated, it was in goodhumoured and generally wellbehaved fashion that local students marked the end of their schooling lives.
Of course, it was not quite a case of ‘no more teachers and no more books’ — Victorian Certificate of Education exams start on Friday with the English exam.
The Gazette’s MEAGAN TROTTER and SARAH SCHWAGER visited Pakenham and Kooweerup secondary colleges to capture some of the last day action.
