Pakenham Seniors welcomed back

MONDAY saw a happy return to the club after the Christmas break, with a welcome back delivered by Pakenham Seniors president Allan.
Happy birthday this week to Diane Johns, Dot Buttle, Elaine Werner and Neville Dixon.
Best wishes to Henry Nash and Edith Bell who are not feeling the best.
Welcome back to Vi Haby, and to new members Brian and Dot Buttle, Leo and Kathleen Rounds, Mary Smith and Val Pridham.
Upcoming events include carpet bowls today (Wednesday) at 1pm, line dancing tomorrow at 8 30am and carpet bowls 1pm Saturday.
A trip to the movies is planned for 8 February to see Pride and Prejudice, and another on 29 March to see Mrs Henderson starring Judi Dench. Jinn is taking bookings now.
Door prizes were won by Moira Touissaint and Jim Kidd. Jean Taylor won the raffle.
There were 129 members in attendance.
