Industrial-zoned real estate is in high demand in the growing township of Drouin, mainly due to a current lack of supply, say the selling agents.

“This is one of the reasons why this factory located in the heart of Drouin’s industrial precinct is creating so much interest,” they said.
The factory measures about 302 square metres (3250 square feet) of useable floorspace and includes an office with two phone lines and a built-in desk, a toilet, lofted coffee/tea room, hot water service, gas industrial heater, three-phase power, a front automatic roller door with high clearance, a rear roller door, asphalt entrance, vehicle access to rear of factory, cyclone fencing to both sides, and land size of about half an acre with potential for further development, subject to council approval.
The agents said this was an excellent place to start a new business or establish a new base for a current business in a thriving township.
“It also provides an ideal investment opportunity with numerous possibilities,” they said.
The property at 70 Roberts Court, Drouin, is scheduled for auction this Friday, 25 November, at 2pm, and would suit $280,000-plus buyers.
For more information contact Evan Broadbent at Brian Soutar Real Estate, Drouin, on 5625 2877 or after hours 0438 379 151.
