BERWICK girls finished their regular season with a comfortable 86point victory over Waverley Power at Casey Fields on Saturday to finish on top of the 2006 Footy Pak Cup ladder.
Against an undermanned Waverley outfit, Berwick didn’t really hit its straps, but was always in control and peppered the goals all game.
With Hallam Hawks downing Sacre Couer by a point, the girls now face an exciting contest next week against the Hawks on the main ground at Casey Fields.
The game starts at 11.30am and the club hopes all supporters will attend, as victory will see Berwick in its firstever grand final.
