FUN was had by all at this year’s West Gippsland Hobbies, Craft and Model Trains expo.
That’s the general consensus from the O’Connor family, who spent the past six months planning the expo, which ran last weekend at the Cardinia Cultural Centre in Pakenham.
“It was a really good show,” expo coordinator Rob O’Connor said.
More than 4000 people attended the twoday event, that showcased 49 interactive stands which included scrapbooking, slot cars and drag racing, wood turning, pedal cars and embroidery.
Mr O’Connor said the only downfall was the rain, but apart from that the whole weekend was fantastic.
“The parents enjoyed it as much as the kids,” he said.
