‘Boof’ speeds ahead

The new speedway season got under way at Avalon Raceway last weekend with one of the sport’s rising stars, Pakenham’s Kenny Griffey, performing well in his the D&M Plaster Transport Maxim. Known across the district as ‘Boof’, Griffey finished second in the first heat and then qualified for the main race in the second heat.
