ADLIB Children’s Theatre is proud to present the classic tale The Wind in the Willows during the school holidays in the gardens of the Berwick Old Cheese Factory and in the marvellous theatre of the Cardinia Cultural Centre.
The Wind in the Willows is an exciting adaptation by Donna and Peter Dowler of the Kenneth Grahame classic.
The show features witty dialogue and modern exciting music.
For the past 12 years and 50 seasons, Adlib Children’s Theatre has been successfully presenting its popular shows around Melbourne.
The production will take the audience on a magical journey, with all the favourite river bank characters such as Ratty, Moley, Badger and, of course, the inimitable Mr Toad.
But watch out for those sneaky weasels and their clever plot to take over Toad Hall.
The Wind in the Willows promises to provide heaps of entertainment for young and old.
So these school holidays, give the family an experience they will never forget.
As with all Adlib shows, there is lots of fun audience interaction, and everyone has the opportunity to meet and get their photos taken with the characters – so don’t forget the camera.
The Wind in the Willows will be performed in the gardens of the Berwick Old Cheese Factory on 14 and 21 January at 4pm and 7pm and on 15, 16, 17 and 19 January at 11am and 2pm.
An indoor venue is available if weather is inclement.
The Wind in the Willows will also be performed at the Cardinia Cultural Centre on 18 January at 11am.
