KOOWEERUP Secondary College has gone on tour with its new Christmas musical, The Adventures of Bumble Boy, written by music teacher Damien Mizzi.
The story is about Christmas getting into trouble because Rudolph has retired. Bip and Bop, the naughty elves, have stolen the battery to Santa’s new super batterypowered sleigh. And it looks like there will be no presents this year. What can Santa do except to call a super hero?
But none is available, except for Bumble Boy.
Bumble Boy is the unfortunate underpantswearing superhero with super powers that no one has really seen before.
Can he find the stolen battery in time for Christmas Eve, or will his bumbling antics and unexpected memory loss lead to more problems than Santa already had?
These questions will be answered as Kooweerup Secondary College presents its Christmas musical The Adventures of Bumble Boy at local primary schools and the Kooweerup Carols by Candlelight.
