GLEN Easto enjoyed the pleasant conditions as well as his golf, winning the competition with 46 Stableford points at Pakenham Golf Club on Saturday.
The golfers who were lucky enough to play on Saturday certainly enjoyed their round in good weather and had plenty of run on the fairways.
With a CCR of 70, Barrie Seldon was the Bgrade winner with 44 points and Rob Sandiford the Agrade winner also with 46 points.

Dan Cameron received a ball for a birdie on the fifth hole and Don Towan and Rob Sandiford had eagles on the ninth hole to share the Pinnacle eagles nest. Rob Cronjaeger was the winner of the nearest the pin on the golf shop second hole and Dan Cameron took out the Pakenham Subway fifth.
The Dante’s Woodfired Pizza eighth hole went to Gavan Warburton and Barrie Seldon took out the Hungry Jack’s 14th hole. Bob Broadhurst was the winner of the Pakenham Pizza 16th hole.
The longest drive winners were Scott Milnes (B.M.R. Autos Agrade), Bob Batten (Bgrade) and Peter Diss (McIntyre Painting Cgrade).
This week is Par and 30 December is a Stableford round.

It was an exciting morning with Lang Lang member Peter Marotta’s hole in one on the eighth. Peter comes over and has a round at Pakenham quite often, so knows the course well.
Peter Egbers was the winner of the Par competition coming in with +6 to win from Vilie Koroknai and Trevor Smith with +4.
Down the lines went to Chris Peeters +3, Eric Butcher +2, Alex Green +2, Dennis Stilborn +2, Scott Hooper +2 and Bert Burniston +1
Nearest the pin on the second hole was won by Peter Marotta, who then took out the eighth with his hole in one. Al Campbell was the winner on the 14th hole.

Scott Hooper improved on his result from Monday by winning the morning Stableford competition with a great score of 46 points. Owen Bumpstead came in with 43 to be second.

Nearest the pin on the eighth hole was won by Heath Barclay and the 14th went to Douglas Scurr.

@BT Sub Sport Gaz:TWILIGHT RESULTS

Hitoff times are from 3pm on Wednesdays and meals are available after the nine holes.
Members are invited to bring their family and friends for the golf or if they do not play, come for the meal.
The competition is open to all – members and nonmembers, handicap and nonhandicap players.
There is a $100 prize at the end of the season for the best 12 twilight rounds.
The Twilight competition will be held on the 27 December.
The Social winner for this week was Ray Leonard with 13 points and the raffle winner was Maurice Rossetti.
Front nine
Fiftysix players took part in the Stableford competition. Angie Peluso was the winner with 23 points from Marjorie Dean with 22 on a countback.
Downtheline winners were Dean Jones 22, Kevin Sander 21, Clint Walker 21, Scott Gavenlock 21, Bob Edwards 20, Barrie Seldon 20, Bob Dowse 20, Patrick Duane 19 and James Grant 19.
Nearest the pin on the second hole was Barrie Seldon and nearest the pin second shot on the seventh was won by Clint Walker.
Back nine
Fiftythree competed and Scott Hooper came in with 23 points to win on a countback from Greg Roberts with 23. Downtheline balls went to Peter Eaton 22, Keith Rice 21, Mick McManus 21, Ron Horne 20, Kevin Wraight 20, Brian Bateup 20, Glenn Charles 20, Soma Siavillia 20, Owen Bumpstead 20.
Nearest the pin second shot on the 11th went to Justin Pearson and the 16th was won by Don Moloney.

With the year drawing to a close, Pakenham Ladies held their presentation day on Thursday, 14 December.
Two ninehole Stableford rounds were held and the winner of the front nine was Marg Jackson with 21 points.
Downtheline balls went to Irene Walker 20 and Toni Owen 19.
The backnine winner was Robyn Jenner coming in with 18 points to win on a countback from Muriel Mills 18 and Val Greene 16 on a countback.
Fiftytwo ladies had a very enjoyable two course lunch provided by Sue, Bill and staff.
The yearly presentations were held and Santa handed out Kris Kringle presents.
