THE This Could be Legendary art show at the Old Cheese Factory, Homestead Road, Berwick opened with a bumper crowd on Friday.
Artists Tara Wilson, Carol Norman, Bronwyn Spark and Lisa Lloyd feature in the exhibition, which will be open until this Sunday.
Art teacher and mentor to the artists Brian Armstrong officially opened the exhibition.
Mr Armstrong commended their work and said there was a public perception that it was easy to paint naturally.
He said, however, that artists faced a long, hard struggle to be able to produce a good image of something natural.
“This involves lots of laughs and tears,” he said.
