GEMBROOKCockatoo produced an under11 victory last week but other junior sides battled to make in impression.

The Brookers were looking forward to Stuart Telpuk’s 150th game for the club. Gembrook started slowly again and Wandin took full advantage of a lack of manning up and soft tackling. The back line was under a lot of pressure all day because the midfielders were not following opponents to the back line, which resulted in a lot of easy goals for Wandin.
After halftime the Brookers started to work together, which produced good passages of play. James WilliamsKerr and Damian Rosenboom were getting plenty of touches while Ashley Sawyer and Tyson Rattle were trying hard to generate run. But the Brookers’ game was disappointing.
