Narre Warren North MP Luke Donnellan and Gembrook MP Tammy Lobato present Milan Trnacek, centre, with the Adult Council for further Education award during the annual meeting of the Casey U3A.ONE of the highlights of the 15th annual meeting of the Casey University of the Third Age held on Monday 10 October was the presentation of two excellence awards to retiring treasurer Milan Trnacek.
Mr Trnacek held the position for eight consecutive years.
The Southern Westernport Regional Council of the Adult Council for Further Education (ACFE) awarded the certificates.

Retiring president John Condon said the name change from Berwick U3A to Casey U3A had elevated the group’s position in the community.
“We are now invited to participate in Casey councilsponsored events and we are represented on the council’s ageing positively committee.
Mr Condon thanked tutors for volunteering their services and to members who had given time in many different ways.
