TO compensate for the dieting and strict exercise, Colleen Tancredi has been pampered and indulged in weekly massages and therapies as the Star Makeover winner.
Over the last few weeks, Colleen has been treated to a range of treatments from the Remedial Dermal Clinic (RDC) and Spa in Berwick.
“It’s like winning Tattslotto. It is the ultimate,” Colleen said.
Not used to all the exercise, Colleen said she had been very sore, at times finding it difficult to move.
“After the first jog I couldn’t feel my legs,” she said.
She said the massage therapies really helped take the stress off her body.
RDC owner Caroline Cootes said each week Colleen had been coming in for a different treatment, such as hydrotherapy, body treatments and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) photorejuvenation to improve the skin on her face.
“The massage really helps with all the work and exercise she’s doing,” Caroline said.
Colleen has also been given a number of skin care products to use at home.
Colleen said she had been particularly pleased to learn that she would be getting the IPL treatment.
“It’s great to get rid of all the sunspots and age lines. I definitely need it,” she said.
RDC was established 18 years ago, with the current facilities purpose built a year ago. It offers a range of spa treatments as well as remedial therapy.
RDC is located at 10 Langmore Lane, Berwick. Phone: 9707 4540.
