TWO Pakenham Rotary members have been honoured for their great work for the organisation.
At a special presentation recently, Jim Armstrong received the Paul Harris Fellowship award from Rotary president Lyn Squires.
Ken Rook was presented with a sapphire pin to add to the Paul Harris Fellowship award he received in 1992.
The two members were congratulated by Mrs Squires and fellow Rotarians for their outstanding service over many years.
Mr Armstrong has been involved in a number of club activities and has held executive positions including president (200304) and treasurer and been a member of several committees.
Mr Rook has been a Rotarian for more than 20 years and his commitment to the ideals of Rotary saw him presented with the sapphire pin.
Mr Rook was club president in 199192 and has been secretary a number of times.
