AN Adorn, Pamper and Nurture Expo in Pakenham will raise funds for the Make a Wish Foundation and the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Victoria.
The expo will be held this Friday from 3pm to 8pm at the Pakenham Town Hall in John Street and is being run by the Inner Wheel Club of Pakenham.
More than 30 local stallholders will display products ranging from beautiful clothing, accessories, jewellery, cosmetics and body products, aromatherapy and massage, crafts and hobbies to cakes and plants for the garden.
Demonstrations of silk dying, portrait painting, copper enamelling and wood turning will be on during the event.
There will be short talks each hour, and at 7pm colour and style consultant Pam Abeling will provide ideas and suggestions about how people can look their best.
Other speakers will include Ron Topp about the activities of U3A at 4pm, Trudy Bailey from Truleen Downs Alpaca Stud at 5pm and Eva Anousas-Neil from Nutrimetics at 6pm.
Door prizes will be drawn each hour and refreshments will be available.
The $5 entry fee will be a great support for worthy charities.
Children 12 and under are admitted free, if they are with an adult.
