A MONSTER raffle has raised more than $10,000 to support local youth.
Pakenham Rotarians and members of the Inner Wheel Club of Pakenham have thanked residents for supporting the raffle, which was drawn last month.
Leith van Diemen won the Monster Trailer raffle, valued at about $5000.
The proceeds from the raffle will be shared between two local youth projects – the Cardinia Shire’s Mobile Youth Bus and Windermere’s “Kids Becoming Champions” project.
The youth bus will attend rural townships and areas that have been identified as popular with young people, as well as local secondary schools.
The Windermere project will assist in the implementation of youth in the Pakenham area.
