A PROGRAM aiming to give back new mothers their pre-baby fitness is growing in popularity.
Mother and baby can exercise together during the six-week Mums and Bubs program at YMCA Cardinia Life.
Sessions run for 45 minutes starting at 10.45am, with two new programs about to start.
The Thursday program starts on 12 February and the Wednesday program starts on 18 February, while there is an introductory class held on the first Monday of every month at 11am.
Contact YMCA Cardinia Life on 5945 2888 for more information.
