Relief agency gives thanks

THE 4Cs food bank has handed over thank-you plaques to its long time supporters.The not-for-profit centre recently presented the plaques to the heads of Cheap Groceries, Dalmore Cool Store and Ultimate Tiles.
4Cs administration manager Sue Friend said she didn’t know where the food bank would be without their support.
“They’re long-time supporters of the centre and they give generously,” she said.
The food bank, which is in its 12th year, totally relies on donations.
Mrs Friend said the three businesses repeatedly gave funds and food to 4Cs, helping serve 180 individuals and families each week.
