VICTORIA’S representative to the 2009 Miss World competition will be the guest judge at this weekend’s Peet Pakenham Cup Day Fashion on the Field events.
Fashion lovers are gearing up to strut their stuff along the catwalk on Sunday 1 March for the chance at winning a prize pool of more than $11,000.
Guest judge Metalle Balot, who is getting ready for the Miss World competition in April, will join fellow judges-milliner Stephanie Anne Booth and John Wallin from Bonny and Clydes Pakenham for the events.
The four Fashion on the Field categories include Best Dressed Couple, Most Elegant Lady, Most Elegant Mature Lady, for women over the age of 40, and the Best Dressed Local Lady or Gent.
Competitors in the Best Dressed Local Lady or Gent category must live in the Cardinia Shire.
Registrations open from 11am to midday.
Last year the Peet Pakenham Cup Day fashion events attracted more than 120 entrants across the categories.
Guests at this year’s event will also be treated to live music by Supersonic.
Last minute marquee packages are still available.
