A SAUSAGE sizzle, raffle and lolly jar guessing competition have raised more than $1000 for bushfire relief.
The fund-raiser took place at Nestle’s Pakenham factory, home to 150 employees.
Donations included a large Nestle Goodies Hamper, 2GB iPod Nano and a large selection of confectionery for the lolly jar. It didn’t end there. An autographed cricket glove from Australian Cricketer, Adam “Gilly” Gilchrist was auctioned to the highest bidder.
The total amount raised was $1340, which was handed over to the Australian Red Cross Fire Relief Fund.
