YMCA Cardinia LiFE will hold a special one-hour group fitness class on Good Friday with all proceeds going to the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
The centre will open from 10am to noon, with the master class incorporating Step, Body Pump and Body Balance sessions of 20 minutes each, starting at 10.30am.
Staff will volunteer their time and class participants are asked for a $5 donation each. Entry to the centre on the morning is via a gold coin, also to be donated to the Good Friday Appeal.
The pool inflatable will be in operation from 10.30am to 11.30am. There will also be other fundraising activities for people to get involved in.
