SOUTHERN Metropolitan Region Palliative Care Consortium will host a two-hour education session at Kooweerup Community Centre.
Carers, families, aged care staff, case managers, volunteers and the public are invited to attend the session on Wednesday 29 April from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
There is no cost but bookings must be made by Friday 24 April. Afternoon tea is provided.
