PREP students at Pakenham Springs Primary School have been communicating through nursery rhymes.
They have been singing songs, making books and re-telling rhymes as stories throughout the first school term.
Students from the school’s five Prep grades celebrated their learning with a nursery rhymes dress-up day on 1 April. Each student was invited to come to school dressed as their favourite nursery rhyme character.
Teachers screened a movie featuring the Prep students performing their nursery rhyme stories.
