A STRONG crowd rolled out for a special breakfast to show their appreciation of Maryknoll Fire Brigade volunteers.
Almost 200 people attended the community thankyou breakfast on Sunday 3 May.
The Maryknoll Progress Association organised the function to acknowledge the continuous hard work and commitment of the brigade.
Organising committee co-ordinator Nick van Diemen officially thanked members of the brigade on behalf of the community.
He presented each member, including juniors, with a small gift as a token of everyone’s appreciation.
“The Maryknoll community would like to publicly thank the Maryknoll Fire Brigade for the great work that they have done over the years, and especially this year, to protect our community and our environment from bushfires,” Mr van Diemen said.
Members of the organising committee have thanked those who donated money and helped make the breakfast a success.
Big thanks for CFA
