A RECORD was set in the Cardinia Shire council chambers on Monday night when the June town planning meeting was done and dusted in less than a minute. With no items for discussion, mayor Bill Pearson opened the meeting, called for all items on the agenda to be adopted and declared the meeting closed in just under 60 seconds.
Councillor Brett Owen was said to be particularly disappointed after having a shave for the occasion.
