RED CROSS project officer Lynn Schweicker visited budding philanthropists at Bunyip Primary School last week.
The school’s 15 Junior Red Cross members heard about the work of the Australian Red Cross at home and abroad.
Ms Schweicker also thanked the students for their fund-raising efforts during the year.
A school fund-raiser for the bushfire appeal saw $300 donated to Bunyip CFA and another $300 to the Australian Red Cross.
The junior Red Cross members’ next fund-raiser will be Jump Rope For Heart.
