A CULTURAL day at Hillview Bunyip Aged Care had a distinct Chinese flavour.
The centre was recently renamed the Bamboo Shoot Restaurant as residents dined on Chinese cuisine, including honey and soy chicken, beef and black bean sauce and special fried rice.
Volunteer cook, Liz Kennedy from Neerim Junction, assisted residents in preparing the lunchtime meal.
