Idyllic lifestyle for seniors

HILLVIEW Bunyip Aged Care is planning to construct 26 independent living units on its current site.
This $6 million project will provide another accommodation option for older members of the community who still want to live independently, but also have the peace of mind of being part of a supportive village atmosphere.
Chief executive Frank Hoff said the project, to be called Hillview Villas, would be a range of beautifully appointed, fully self-contained units with two bedrooms only, or two bedrooms and a study.
“There will be a choice of four stunning modern designs that will include lots of natural light, easy-to-use fittings, air-conditioning, dishwasher, internet connection, emergency call system, some with double garages and a spacious design to cater for changing needs,” he said.
“This development will offer lifestyle, security and community for seniors within the booming Bunyip township.”
Mr Hoff said the growing range of services within Bunyip include the medical centre, banks, post office and supermarket.
Information sessions will be widely advertised when organised. Potential residents will be able to get all the information they need at these sessions and will be able to reserve the unit of their choice upon payment of a deposit.
Mr Hoff said he was happy to answer inquiries on 5629 6096 during business hours. Hillview is at 22 A’Beckett Road, Bunyip.
