CARDINIA Shire Council’s general manager of assets and services, Mike Ellis, will be elevated to chief executive in the coming fornight – albeit for three weeks.
Mr Ellis will step into the role from 13 August to 4 September while the council’s chief executive Garry McQuillan is on annual leave.
